How long does my order take to ship?

All orders ship the following business day after curing process has completed. Candles are cured for two weeks after pouring to allow fragrances to completely bind with the wax. Orders that ship earlier than two weeks are from batches that have already completed the curing stage and correspondence will be sent to notify you of the shipping update.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not currently offer international shipping at this time.

What is your damage-in-transit policy? 

Should your vessel be damaged due to courier mishandling, Alchemy Melts will send a replacement free of charge and any shipping fees will be waived. We do not offer refunds at this time but are more than happy to ensure a candle reaches you fully intact and ready to burn.
